Based in Bali, Indonesia, I bring over ten years of experience in software development and infrastructure. With a Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in embedded systems, I approach software engineering with a deep appreciation for resource efficiency, performance, and understanding how things work beneath the surface layer of heavy frameworks.

I specialize in building robust backend services using Go, favoring minimalist web development approaches. Rather than shipping megabytes of JavaScript to the client, I advocate for the power of semantic HTML, vanilla CSS, and tools like HTMX to deliver highly interactive, lightning-fast user experiences.

When I'm not writing code or managing self-hosted infrastructure, you can usually find me fine-tuning high-mobility builds in The Finals.

Designed and built a modern web platform from the ground up, leading all aspects of product development, software architecture, and infrastructure. Developed scalable backend services in Go, crafted high-performance web applications using HTML, CSS, and HTMX, and implemented a secure self-hosted infrastructure with Docker, Traefik, and Ory Kratos. Built and maintained critical systems including authentication, email infrastructure, and deployment pipelines, while currently driving the integration of advanced AI capabilities into the platform.

Spent six years designing and implementing scalable systems on Kubernetes using a microservices architecture. Proficient in Golang programming language and PostgreSQL, and formerly held a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification. Led multiple development teams simultaneously in the Fintech and Open Banking sectors across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Senior Back-end Developer & DevOps Engineer

Designed and implemented the server infrastructure, working closely with the Data Analysts team to productionize data flows resulting in the credit model using Python data science libraries like Pandas and scikit-learn. Productionized Tensorflow and H2O machine learning models as microservices. As a DevOps engineer, I moved the backend infrastructure from AWS to Alicloud to comply with OJK financial regulations, including migrating a 2 TB Postgres database with less than one hour of downtime, and moved the infrastructure to Docker containers running in a Kubernetes cluster.

Handled server prototyping and development with the Django framework. Responsible for deploying the server on Amazon Web Services using nginx and the Python Web Server Gateway Interface (WSGI). Also responsible for the front end HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding.

Worked in the Security Team analyzing Android driver software, programming custom fuzz testing software for interfaces, and outputting security test reports. Later moved to the camera team, developing an Android application for live tuning of camera algorithms running on the image signal processor and CPU, which involved changes in the camera C-library and custom UI elements.
